Introduction

Key Duties
As a Factory Operative, you'll work across all areas of food production and packaging, helping to produce premium food products to high standards of quality, food safety and customer satisfaction.
This is a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where attention to detail and maintaining high standards are essential.
The role is physically demanding, and you'll need to be comfortable with:
Working in very cold food production environments, with some areas being extremely hot.
Standing for extended periods.
Carrying out regular manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 15kg at a time.
Working at pace to meet production targets.
Maintaining high standards of quality, food safety and hygiene at all times.
This hands-on Production Operative role is suited to individuals who enjoy active work and are prepared to work hard as part of a close-knit team.
Requirements
Essential
Previous food factory, production, manufacturing or warehouse experience.
A strong work ethic and reliable approach.
Good attendance and timekeeping.
Ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards.
Good attention to detail.
A flexible approach to work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical fitness and manual handling capability, including lifting up to 15kg.
Good English and numeracy skills.
Desirable
Previous food manufacturing or food factory experience.
Experience working in chilled or freezer environments.
Experience working to food safety and hygiene standards.
