Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across two sites, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

This role is suited to a strong leader with proven warehouse and logistics management experience in fast-paced environments.

Key Duties:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring high service levels, productivity, and stock accuracy.
• Drive operational improvements, process standardisation, and system optimisation.
• Monitor KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee inventory control, fulfilment, dispatch, and logistics performance.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure safe working practices and maintain a positive, high-performance culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations, ideally across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce environments.
• Knowledge of inventory management, fulfilment, and production workflows.
• Experience using ERP or WMS systems.
• Commercial awareness with strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
