Introduction

Acorn by Synergie are recruiting Production Operatives to work in a fast-paced food production facility in Cullompton. This is an immediate start role with full training provided and no previous experience required.

Key Duties:

• Work on a fast-paced production line.

• Handle and package chicken products safely and hygienically.

• Follow health and safety procedures.

• Maintain high quality and cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

• Own transport due to site location and shift times.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Good attention to detail.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• No previous experience required - full training provided.

What We Offer:

• £12.21 per hour.

• Monday and Tuesday 6am - 3pm, Wednesday day off, Thursday and Friday 6am - 3pm.

• Total 35 hours per week.

• Friendly and supportive team environment.

• Regular shifts with a guaranteed midweek day off.
