Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Painter to work on a new build housing development near Caerphilly.

The role will involve block staining and general painting duties using water-based paints across residential properties.

Key Duties

• Block staining on new build properties.

• Painting and touching up walls, ceilings, doors and frames.

• Working with water-based paints.

• Ensuring high-quality finish across all areas.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card.

• NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating (preferred).

• Full PPE.

• Own tools.

• Previous experience on new build housing developments.

What We Offer

• Hourly or day rate negotiable.

• Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.

• Opportunity for additional hours and weekend work as the project progresses.

• Initial 4-week contract with potential to extend for several months due to late summer handover.
