Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is working in partnership with Honeywell in Yeovil, Somerset, and is seeking a Manual Turner to join their team on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a technical aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual turning of aerospace equipment on centre lathes, manufacturing parts from start to finish to Aerospace Specifications.

• Operator Control of Quality (OCQ) to ensure products meet required standards.

• Interpret engineering drawings, follow process layouts, and adhere to documentation procedures.

Pay & Hours

• £18.99-£19.54 per hour, depending on experience and shift.

• Days: Monday-Thursday 07:00-15:30, Friday 07:00-13:00.

• Late Swing Shift: Monday-Thursday 15:30-00:00.

• Night Shifts: Sunday night 22:00-07:00 Monday, Tuesday-Friday 00:00-07:00.
