Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is the preferred recruitment partner for our client's Southwark Hub Operation. We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Moffett Drivers for ongoing work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking regular weekday hours, excellent pay rates, and the chance to work with a trusted, well-established operation.

Rates:

• PAYE: £25phr.

• Umbrella PAYE: £29phr.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver goods from the Southwark hub to multiple local destinations.

• Complete 4-8 drops per shift within a 10-mile radius.

• Operate Moffett equipment safely and efficiently for loading and unloading.

• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with the depot and customers.

Shift and Pay Details

• Start time: 7am, Monday to Friday

• Typical finish: Around 4:30pm

• Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours pay per day

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence

• In-date Moffett licence

• CPC and Digital Tachograph card

• Previous HGV and local delivery experience preferred

• Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations
