Assistant Site Manager

Blackpool | £240/280 per day | 7:30am - 4:30pm | 10 Months

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting foran experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a 7 story appartment block in Blackpool. The project begins in earnest, on the 3rd November and running for a period of 10 months.

Ideally you will possess all of the necessary site management qualifications (SMSTS/First aid/CSCS) and have previous experience within new build appartments particulary in the process of Met-Sec, structural frames.

Key Duties:

• Management of all subcontractors
• Responsible for the management of a strict health and satfey process and ensure all standards are maintained
• Working with Site Manager on the build from foundation to finish
• Maintain a high level of build process and execute a high standard across the board
• Utilise and manage an assistant manager so they put to work in the most efficient manner
• Ensure accurate recording and paperwork is maintained
• Bring the project to handover within time and budget

Requirements:

• SMSTS/First aid/CSCS
• Management experience
• Met-sec build experienced

What We Offer:

• Competitive daily rate: £240 - £280 per hour (CIS available).
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5pm.
