Acorn by Synergie is proud to be working in partnership with Honeywell Aerospace in Yeovil, Somerset. We currently have excellent opportunities for CNC Millers to join the team, working on cutting-edge aerospace components in a high-tech, precision-driven environment. This is a full-time, temporary role with immediate starts available.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the CNC Milling of aerospace equipment and components. This role includes:

• CNC programming and machining.
• OCQ - Operator Control of Quality.
• Interpreting engineering drawings and following detailed process layouts.
• Adhering to documentation and quality standards throughout production.

Shift Options Available:

• Days:

• Monday to Thursday: 7am -3:30pm.
• Friday: 7 am - 12pm.

• Day/Late Swing Shift:

• Days: Monday to Thursday 7am - 3:30pm | Friday: 7am - 1pm.
• Lates: Monday to Thursday: 3:30pm - 12am.

• Permanent Nights:

• Sunday to Monday: 10pm - 7am.
• Tuesday to Friday: 12am - 7am.

Pay Rate:

• £18.99 to £23.50 per hour (depending on experience and shift pattern).

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in CNC milling within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with quality processes in aerospace or similar high-precision industries.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
