Are you looking for an exciting new role in Plymouth? We're recruiting Production Operatives to join the team at Rittal CSM, one of Plymouth's leading manufacturers, based in Broadley Park Industrial Park near Roborough.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing temporary work with the potential to become permanent.

About the Role:
As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in various assembly tasks, including packing IT enclosures for dispatch. This is a hands-on role that requires:

• Use of manual and powered hand tools.
• Manual lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Working in a fast-paced environment, meeting production targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and pack IT enclosures as part of a team.
• Perform visual inspections of parts to ensure quality standards.
• Follow established procedures and health & safety guidelines.
• Meet production targets within set timeframes.

What We're Looking For:

• High attention to detail.
• Ability to follow clear instructions and processes.
• Team player with a methodical and practical approach.
• Positive attitude towards health and safety.
• Good level of English to understand work instructions.

Shifts & Pay Rates:

• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri | 07:00 - 15:00 | £12.39 per hour.
• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri | 15:00 - 23:00 | £15.49 per hour.
• 3rd Shift (Nights): Sun-Thurs | 23:00 - 07:00 | £16.52 per hour.
