Quality Engineer
Why settle for an average job when you can be part of a team that drives excellence and pushes the boundaries of quality engineering?
Acorn by Synergie are looking for a Quality Engineer for our client who are a fast-growing engineering company based in Weymouth. Candidates will be able to support and drive our company's key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
Your duties will include:
- Monitoring all quality assurance systems and ensuring that they are up to date and in compliance with industry standards.
- Supporting and leading investigations into quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Review and decipher first article inspection reports.
- Act as point of contact for all quality matters both internally and externally.
- Support internal and external auditing plans.
- Encourage and implement standard processes and practice across group.
Experience required:
- ISO9001/AS9100 audit trained.
- Ability to read drawings.
- knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001/14001 & NADCAP.
- Previous QE experience.
