Acorn By Synergie is working with a fast-growing tech company delivering high-quality web applications for clients in the finance and travel sectors - and they're now on the lookout for a savvy Project Manager to help them keep their (many) plates spinning smoothly.

If you're all about structure, timelines, stakeholder wrangling and calmly keeping chaos at bay, this role could be perfect for you.

The Role:

As Project Manager, you'll be the glue that holds cross-functional teams together, developers, stakeholders, clients, you'll coordinate them all to deliver top-tier digital products on time and to spec.

From sprint planning to risk mitigation, your job is to ensure projects are running like a well-oiled machine. You will bring clarity, drive progress, and make sure the team stays aligned and motivated from kick-off to go-live.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage web application projects from inception to delivery
  • Own the project timeline, scope, and budget
  • Coordinate internal teams, third parties, and stakeholders
  • Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and resource issues - and resolve them fast
  • Keep stakeholders updated with regular project reports and progress updates
  • Support QA, UAT and go-live activities to ensure smooth delivery
  • Champion continuous improvement and help teams optimise delivery
  • Assist in defining workflows, documentation, and internal processes

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience delivering tech or digital projects (ideally in SaaS or web app environments)
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and project delivery methodologies
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, verbal and written
  • Confident liaising with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
  • Detail-oriented but never loses sight of the bigger picture

Bonus points for experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana or similar

Why Apply?

  • Join a growing business doing genuinely exciting work
  • Work on meaningful projects with visible impact
  • Opportunities to progress as the business scales

Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
