We are currently seeking a Service Co-ordinator to join our client and take on the exciting challenge of looking after their client base in the engineering sector.

Duties

• Handling all service enquiries and queries
• Booking engineers
• Raising purchase orders.
• Manager own client base
• Building strong relationships
• Job sheets are completed correctly

Our ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the engineering sector. You should have a strong understanding of customer service and be able to handle a high volume of service enquiries and tasks. Excellent organisational and time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
