PROJECT MANAGER
Up to £48,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Looking for a new and exciting challenge? This role might be just what you've been searching for! We are seeking a talented Project Manager, based in Bristol, to join our client's dynamic team. As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the construction industry, spearheading projects from end-to-end. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-project evaluation. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and has a passion for construction.

Key responsibilities
* Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial fit-out projects. Manage both in-house labour and a pool of trusted subcontractors to achieve high-quality results.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their needs are met and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery within set timelines and budgets.
* Create, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are met and any delays are addressed promptly.
* Manage budgets, monitor project costs, and ensure financial objectives are achieved while maintaining value for clients.
* Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and aligns with design specifications, client expectations, and company values.
* Address any challenges effectively and efficiently, demonstrating excellent decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.

Qualification and Experience
* Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes from start to finish.
* Expertise in procuring materials, tendering, and value engineering.
* In-depth understanding of relevant HSE procedures and policies. Health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH or SMSTS are highly desirable.
* Experience in valuations, invoicing, costing, and issuing variations during projects, while maintaining and tracking margins.
