Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a Scheduler - Housing based in Bristol to join their client's dynamic team. The company is a leading provider of housing services, primarily dedicated to serving the public and government sector. As a Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers receive a reliable and efficient service for any housing repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scheduling repairs and maintenance works in a timely and efficient manner

- Handling a high volume of customer enquiries and ensuring their needs are met

- Adhering to council procedures and guidelines for scheduling repairs

- Accurately raising and recording reported repairs

- Allocating repair requests to appropriate surveyors and operatives

- Liaising with surveyors, operatives, and customers to ensure repairs are carried out to a high standard

- Conducting follow-up calls to ensure repairs have been completed and customers are satisfied

- Making outbound calls to arrange repairs and updating customers on progress
