Machine Operative - Full time - NIGHTS

Monday - Thursday - 6.30pm - 4.00am

• You'll be responsible for the day to day running of packing lines
• Key duties will involve ensuring the smooth running of machinery whilst meeting production targets and adhering to safety, hygiene and quality systems.
• You'll work as part of a highly motivated team, ensuring best practices are communicated and adopted across all shifts, providing training for new and/or current employees, with continuous improvement at the core of all activities undertaken.
• You'll also be required to lead product changeovers, ensuring the whole team works together and achieves set targets, reporting to the team leader if members of the team are not performing to the required standard

Benefits

As a Machine Operative on B shift, you'll receive from £14.92 per hour, fortnightly paid, with opportunity for progression to senior Machine Operative roles, and other benefits.
