We’re delighted to work with Vale to manage their permanent and temporary job opportunities within their Clydach Nickel Refinery, which prepares and sells plant produce in the form of powder and pellets to more than 280 customers in over 30 countries across Europe, Asia and the USA.

Vale operates one of the world’s largest nickel refineries, with over 120 years of production history in South Wales.

International Recognition

In early 2014, Clydach refinery won a Shingo Prize Silver Medal for operational excellence. The Shingo Prizes, created 25 years ago, are considered the "Nobel Prize of Industry", according to US magazine Business Week.
